FAQ

How much do your services cost?

Great question! We base our pricing on the scope of work of each project. Think of it as an à la carte menu. At the onset of a project, we take a deep-dive into our discovery process to identify the exact creative parameters and size of your final video/photo project. We then let you know exactly what elements comprise you vision, and their combined cost. Each budget is tailored uniquely to each client, but at the end of the day it boils down to a combination of the number of hours of work a project requires, as well as any hard costs. Many of our clients are very pleased with our transparency and ease of understanding budgets and scope.

How long does it take to receive the final video/images?

Our editing timelines vary depending on the scope of work. Typically, photo projects have quicker turnaround timelines, while videos go through a more in-depth revision process as we work with the client to fine-tune their vision. With both video and photo projects, we are happy to provide a work-back schedule so you know your exact final delivery date.

If you've got a pressing deadline, we're happy to accommodate a rush edit, just let us know when we chat what your timeline needs are.

How many rounds of revisions do we get on a video?

It is standard to provide 2 rounds of revisions, however we are happy to create a unique scope of work that reflects your needs.

This is my first video/photo shoot and I’m kind of nervous.

Don't worry, most of our clients have never been in front of a lens, but we make sure that you feel comfortable and natural on camera, as if you were talking to a friend. We have a toolkit of prompts and directions we give to our clients to make them feel more at ease.

Are you available outside of the UK?

Yes we are. Canada is our other home, and we've travelled all over for filming and photography - across Europe, the United States and Central America. We're happy to go to where our clients' vision and mission takes us!

Do you work with clients directly, or with other agencies?

Both. While we've forged many client relationships, we are also happy to collaborate with other agencies - either video, advertising, PR, web design, marketing, or anyone else that wants to offer their clients video and photography services as an extension of their offerings.

What equipment do you use?

We have a variety of photo and video equipment. We have an assortment of lenses, lighting, audio and grip equipment. We can scale up or scale down based on the production, but as a whole we have invested in equipment that makes setting up and tearing down as quick as possible as we like to stay nimble, particularly if we change locations throughout our shoot.
